The Countdown

The official countdown has begun ... 9 days to go!! I guess I'm pretty happy with how much I have done and a little stressed about how much I have left to do, but I am SO much better off than a lot of people I've talked to recently! That makes me happy and sad ... happy for me, sad for them. The girls asked what I wanted for Christmas this year and I said "more time." Pretty sad state of affairs ... but that is the reality of this crazy world we live in. I'm trying to keep the true meaning of this holiday in check and am so very thankful for my family, our health, our friends, that we have jobs, that we have a roof over our heads, etc.
